![]() Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. ![]() I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International? You lost me AA."Ĭons: "Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700), but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage. They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". ![]() When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. Cons: "The pilot arrived late because he went for a Tim Horton's coffee (I know that because I was in first row and I heard the flight attendants talking about that). ![]()
